I managed appraisal requests and maintained a comprehensive database of property records for city-owned properties. I also facilitated communication with tenants regarding insurance and broker forms, collecting and updating necessary documents. My contribution to securing short-term lease agreements resulted in generating 8% of the annual revenue of $5M dollars for the city.
