Funciones:- Apoyo en la generación de planes de acción que permitan incrementar el NPS de la dirección de Innovación, a través de la identificación de los principales dolores del cliente, pertenecientes a segmentos B2B y B2C, que permitan mejorar el desempeño de los indicadores del negocio. - Capacitación a los aliados de Claro (Call, TMK, CAV) en temáticas de experiencia “Challenge Experiencia” para enfatizar en la importancia de fidelizar a nuestros clientes. - Diseño de interacciones centradas en el cliente basado en sus emociones, con el fin de generar experiencias únicas, que nos conecten de forma simple y confiable. - Identificación de los momentos de verdad implementando herramientas como el Customer Journey Map, mapas de empatía y arquetipos que garanticen que cada interacción del cliente con Claro genere una experiencia positiva. - Entrega del indicador NPS al FV de Innovación y Terminales y Tecnología para socializar los dolores del cliente, su nivel de satisfacción y recomendación.

Functions: - Generate digital content proposals for the Corporate Market Management in order to increase the visibility of products on the Claro Empresas website. - Development of marketing strategies for the Digital Solutions Management products, in order to increase market share, by means of sector-specific investigations, which allow for greater assertiveness and effectiveness in commercial campaigns. - Lead and develop strategies in the NPS Generation XXI team, to increase the level of recommendation of customers in Mass Market, through the understanding of the Customer Journey in different channels, field visits, empathy maps and benchmarks. - Support customer communication strategies by reviewing digital parts, brochures, showroom experience design and scheduling agenda at the Claro Tech Summit 4.0 event. - Construction of interactive dashboards to visualize the sales funnel for Digital Solutions Management, in order to make decisions according to business needs.

- Develop market research associated with the design, development, launch and sustainability of products. - Active participation in the work tables related to the launch of the new brand identity, which allows increasing the generation of value. - Perform analyses to identify the main pains of the client and transform them into opportunities for improvement through action plans.
