• Directed creative initiatives in 3 key areas: design culture, product design, and brand experience. I co-created the first global redesign that secured a €500K fundraising round by Kima Ventures.• Co-designed a SaaS product overhaul, empowering media marketing teams with a dashboard for configuring scenarios, customizing widgets, monitoring A/B tests, and monetizing audiences. This redesign drove client expansion from 10 publishers in France to 80 internationally.• Optimized the B2C paywalls and ensured double-A-level accessibility in their design, which reached 30M+ users, including 9M recurring, with a threefold increase in requests each year.• Led the creation of the first Design System, in collaboration with the CTO and developers, to create an open-source library. This initiative resulted in securing additional funding for innovation.• Implemented design thinking and user-centric processes with the Head of UX, fostering a strong design culture organization. This approach helped to improve customer satisfaction (representing 49% of publishers in France), and reduced product configuration time.

• Co-led the adoption of a user-centered approach and introduced new advancements in UI component libraries, transforming the delivery and sales of UX/UI design services within the agency.• Designed cross-media online campaigns, websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and specialized tools for renowned brands such as John Deere Europe, Orange France, New Balance, and BMW, ensuring high quality and attention to detail, working in an international environment.• Managed multiple projects simultaneously, from ideation to creation to presentation, including iterating on concepts, storyboards, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and more.• Collaborated with the new business team to conceptualize ideas for pitches and RFPs, contributing to the achievement of annual agency objectives.
