Change Analyst
I worked on HRMIS program as a Change Analyst. The HRMIS is a major system upgrade program, my role was to support the Change Manager throughout the program taking into account the system upgrade will touch everyone in WA Health. I run analysis on the impacts and support the change within the Program for the procurement workstream.A list of key activities I currently do within my role are:Supported the Change Manager develop stakeholder analysis;Engaged with a variety of stakeholders from across WA Health;Assisted the Change Manager to develop change plan for the workstream and achieve goals within the Change strategy;Supporting the Business Process Officer through a series of workshops with a wide range of our Health Service Providers from different areas of the business, to finalise high level requirement and scope;Developed the communication plan for my workstream, designed a communication timeline for the program cross referencing the other two workstreams activities;Developed key risks and issues through high level forward planning impact assessments to assist the Change Manager to develop the Change Plan;Investigating several areas of the business of our current challenges in house to develop a road map of further stake holders we need to reach out to;Acting as a conduit between our workstream and the communication manager for the program, to ensure there is no double crossing and missed steps;Collaborated creating presentation slides for the programs Governance groups fortnightly;Adapting regularly to changing dates and new developments within the program by supporting the team.

I supported several workstreams including the Communication Manager within the Change team and the WAN (wide area network) upgrade stream, here I was able to build trusted and respectful relationships with a variety of different stake holders Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders about network outages and site visits, to prepare and migrate 250 metro Health sites across to the new Wide Area Network over the course of one year;Coordinated three teams across Perth CBD, drafting schedules, requesting site access, collating information for reports and documentation archiving;Developed monthly presentations for Stakeholders, ✓ Created and published content on the Programs Intranet site;Supported WAN project team through facilitating information between teams within the stream; Raised and highlight any risks and issues that presented themselves to my Project Manager; Delivered the coordination and stakeholder engagement for the two-hour outage and WAN upgrade at Kalamunda Hospital; ICT support floor walker activities at hospital sites for Exchange online email migration; Supervised and trained new employee on WAN stream to assist with the workflow;

Over the last couple of years I have taken part in several internal Projects and Project Managed the relocation of the business. Relocation 2018;Project managed the relocation of 300 staff across three various sites, to work coincide the Governments budget accommodation saving scheme, by taking up residence in a complete Government owned building, utilising the Prince2 methodologies throughout this project, whilst continuing to support the Facilities team. Project managed a relocation of 300+ staff within budget and on a restricted timeline, whilst retaining a customer focused of the changing structure of the new Business modelA/Operations ManagerI stepped into this position while the Operations Manager was seconded to another role for three months; managing a team of 4 and the day to day operations of 1,500 employees across three sites. Refurbishment Project 2015 - 2016;Coordinated the 81 St Georges Terrace refurbishment Project, using the Prince2 methodologies and process. After a 10 year lease renewal, whilst the building remained occupied by 850 staff. Refurbishment works lasted an 18 month period, whilst each floor was still occupied by various business units. The Project involved extensive pre planning, relocation of all 850 staff twice and tight budget control. Proficient at extensive planning and liaison with key stakeholders to determine pertinent business requirements in order to successfully complete refurbishment project within a tight time frameEfficiently conducted and prepared reports on research findings in relation to future business requirements and the way to successfully adapt to modern technology and innovative ideas to encourage further productivity amongst the staff
