About Daniela Pinger

I am an experienced SENCO who is passionate about the needs of students with additional needs and those who have experienced trauma. Having worked in mainstream education, special schools and pupil referral units, I have gained valuable experience and insight into the appropriate provision to meet the needs of students with SEND. I have been a Designated Safeguarding Lead for 5 years and have been a passionate advocate for children in care as the Designated Teacher for Looked after Children.My Masters in Special Needs and Inclusion, allowed me to further my expertise through completing modules including; Supporting students with Dyslexia, Dispraxia and Development Co-ordination Disorder. My dissertation explored students' and parents' views around the exclusion of girls with ADHD from mainstream schools.
