- Responsible for customer service, technical analysis of pre and post-sales application, monitoring of production and feasibility of processes and products with customers, suppliers and commercial area.Implementation with IT of new logistics and sales tools.- Performance in laboratory tests and study of nationalization of products, as well as approvals of these ERP operating systems: WSGE and TOTVS.

- Responsible for follow up and management (SAP and WMS), performance and development of indicators.- Execution of continuous improvement projects and Dashboards for decision making - Command Center, invoicing and order dispatch, quality, reverse logistics among others.

- Financial flow analysis, control and planning, together with audits and training of all administrative sectors involved, leader of 40 employees.- Experience in direct contact and negotiation with suppliers, purchases, quotation and distribution of necessary materials, control of: supplies, warehouse, storage and conference.- Execution of recruitment, terminations, day off, work schedules, control of mandatory documents, vacations, leave, approvals.
