Since the end of 2021, I have been renting my own properties on the AIRBNB platform, being responsible for looking after and managing 3 apartments. This work allows me to constantly be in contact with people from all over the world. My duties include: creating and updating listings on Airbnb, communicating with guests with confirmed reservations and those who come into contact making inquiries on a daily basis, both Brazilians and foreigners. Depending on their nationality, I communicate with them in Portuguese, English or Spanish. I also have basic knowledge of Italian, being able to understand speakers of that language. I do all the organizational planning to manage the check-in and check-out dates for the 3 apartments along with cleaning schedules, washing bed and bath linen and any repairs to the houses, making sure that everything fits into the calendar and is met within the deadlines. I am responsible for inspecting all cleaning and care of the linen in detail in order to guarantee the quality of the accommodation service offered. My goal is to transform my guests' stay into the most pleasant experiences possible, including holding surprise events for guests on special occasions, such as I have received newlyweds on their honeymoons, birthdays and wedding anniversary, leaving different treats and decorations for each situation. My strong dedication to providing the best possible service quality over these years can be seen in the guest reviews, having received only positive feedbacks for all 3 apartments, maintaining the highest rating on the platform, 5 stars, and having been awarded the Airbnb badge of "Guests' Favorite" and "Top 5% of Accommodations".

Rinha Comunicação is a Digital Marketing company, in which I performed several roles related to the context of an advertising agency. During my period of work, I was responsible for customer service, establishing a direct link to receive all demands, needs and feedback, as well as playing the role of intermediary between the client and the company, ensuring approval of the work carried out by the agency. I also planned campaigns, ensuring efficient organization of the agenda and correct distribution of priorities and tasks among the team's designers. Additionally, I was responsible for creating advertising content, including creating impactful phrases, brainstorming with designers to define concepts for each work, as well as creating captions for social media and other textual materials. Another role I performed was the production of materials needed for customers, being responsible for establishing contact with printing companies and other suppliers, in order to guarantee the quality and delivery of items within the stipulated deadlines. These experiences at Rinha Comunicação provided me with a comprehensive and in-depth view of the activities developed in a digital marketing agency. Through my work, I was able to acquire essential skills in customer relationship management, strategic planning, creating advertising content and coordinating communication projects.

During my experience as a planning intern at this Promotional Marketing company, I was able to experience the mission of connecting brands and consumers through the best interactive experience. Estalo Promoções is recognized as one of the most awarded agencies in the North/Northeast regions of Brazil. It’s main objective is to create a meaningful connection between brands and consumers, providing unique and memorable experiences. During my time at the company, my role was to assist the planning and creation team with all of the necessary demands. It was an enriching and challenging experience, in which I was able to learn a lot about the world of Promotional Marketing and the importance of creating unique experiences for the target audience.
