-Prepare and supervise accounting closings.-Execute payments and collections.-Negotiate with financial entities.-Financial reporting.-Support in budgeting.-Conciliation and debugging of ledger accounts.-Prepare the accounting record for tax purposes in aprecise way.-Perform monthly and annual fiscal closings on time.-Calculate and declare income tax, VAT and other taxes.-Invoice management asset management (registrationand capitalization).-Execute and analyze company's payroll.-Report and present to government entities (CCSS-INS).

- Migrate and stabilize accounting processes andcosts in Latin America.- Personnel in charge of the migration andstabilization process.- Responsible for the valuation of inventories.- Point of contact between the Business Unit andthe Share Services Center.- In charge of continuous improvements, metricsand issue logs.- Review and approval of accounting records andreconciliations.- Prepare financial statements.- In charge of preparing the closing schedule andsending it to all the departments involved.- Preparation of closing reports and presentation offinal results.- Coordinator of internal audit and processes.- Weekly monitoring of the objectives andcommitments of the department.- Participate in coordination meetings betweenfinancial areas (accounts receivable, payable,banks, fixed assets, taxes and accounting).

- In charge of intercompany transactions andtaxes in Mexico.- Reconciliation of balances between the differententities of the company.- Migration of processes (documentation andimplementation).- Prepare financial statements.- JD Edwards System.

- Manage all the complete fixed assets process, fromasset capitalization to depreciation run.- In charge of the complete accounting process, aswell as records, analysis of accounts, provisions anddeferred.- Maintain orderly control of the assignedaccounting accounts.- Offer a continuous consulting and support service tothe different areas of the company with the aim ofmaximizing its resources and optimizing itsprocesses.- Control of travel settlements or local expenses ofemployees.- Attention and leadership in both internal andexternal audits.- Updating of Legal Books.
