• Manage, develop and implement logistics and CS strategy according to company policy in order to achieve the company business budget in terms of inventory level, delivery performance and customer satisfaction.• Manage the processing of all sales orders using the company’s ERP SAP system and EDI orders. All the CS activities are set up in SAP system, including offer, order entry, delivery of goods according to delivery date, invoice, returns(complaints)• Manage and solve daily issue regarding orders, stock level or customer's contract.• Monitor, review and report on all CS activity and results. Support for customers in their demands an set up appropriate CS actions (confirm status of order and expected delivery dates, provide proof of delivery when requested, provide adequate information about transport, handle customers’ complaints and organize products replacements when requested, organize return collection • Responsible for planning production, setting up the production plan together with Plant Manager, in order to optimize the stock level per SKU, on demand basis according to open orders in SAP, sales forecast and stock levels. • Management reports related to the estimated production and sales level, as well as related to the necessary actions to take for achieving and keeping an optimal stock level.• Determine and manage the transport budget. • Select carriers based on qualification and performance evaluation negotiates transportation services and rates, ensure that transportation modes, frequency of transports and routing are as efficient as cost effective as possible• Create, coach, and develop a team of logistic & customer service reps• Create and update policies and procedure for all logistics and CS activities • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics and customer service with business system or processes such as: Sales, Production, Warehouse, Marketing, Controlling

• Coordinate and optimize internal logistics process and warehouse activities• Coordinate the import operations and all purchasing activities• Warehouse Management – managing activities related to reception , storing, handling, picking, order release and optimizing warehouse capacity related to stores needs and expansion strategy• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols• Monitor all warehouse relevant master data in SAP system• Select carriers based on qualification and performance evaluation negotiates transportation services and rates, ensure that transportation modes, frequency of transports and routing are as efficient as cost effective as possible• Supervise all logistics activities – flow of order process (quotation, offer, order entry, delivery, invoicing, complaints, returns)

• Ensure the correct procurement process for each acquisition• Responsible for the improvement of the Purchasing activity in order to achieve Savings Target sets, permanently control and initiate measures in case of plan variance• Strengthen communication with Sales Departments in order to find out effective procurement opportunities
