• Active participation in S&OP process, ensuring the delivery of volume to the market, in addition to analyze the productivity capacity of molds vs demand (CD Ratio).
• Project leader to reduce taxes to import materials not produced in Brazil, generating saving of US$1.5MM/year.

• KPI management through balanced scorecard and monthly reviews, to check the main measures such as payments to suppliers, inventory levels, S&OP compliance and its variations, processes optimization, among others.
• Responsible to implement Inventory Control tool, getting the correct inventory level and safety stock for 100% of the materials, which reduced US$1.5MM that corresponds to 230 pallet position in the warehouse.
