I believe in the transformative power of companies, organizations, and individuals through innovation, socio-environmental technologies, and scalable business models capable of reducing social inequalities and regenerating the planet while driving sustainable business growth.Currently, I lead the Coca-Cola Brazil Institute (ICCB), a non-profit organization with the goal of impacting 5 million people by 2030. With strategic vision, determination, and a passion for positive impact, I work alongside an extraordinary team and a creative ecosystem to scale impact to exponential levels. My journey is marked by initiatives that combine innovation, a results-driven mindset, and sustainability, such as projects with young people, waste pickers, and communities, promoting access to clean water and strengthening impact chains. Additionally, I have solid experience in business models and building scalable strategies, always focusing on ESG and social transformation.I am part of global networks such as the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network and the League of Intrapreneurs, which promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and experience exchange as essential tools for positive transitions and significant social change. For me, innovation is not just a practice but a passion that fuels my vision for the future. Beyond my professional work, which I deeply love, I am passionate about my son and traveling. I find inspiration in running and in the meditative power of scuba diving, balancing purpose and well-being.

SabbaticalSabbatical Aug 2016 - Dec 2017WorldwideI am very motivated to learn more, overcome barriers, and explore new horizons. I have decided to take a sabbatical and I quit my last job for new experiences. The idea is have the freedom to deconstruct and rebuild new ideas / mindset. So I divided my sabbatical in 3 parts:1. Cleaning my mind (Spain - Aug/Sept. 2016): to be open for the new mindsets and thoughts, I did the Camino of Santiago (the way) that was about 900 kilometers walking everyday during 33 days and this experience worked very well to be open for the new ideas and refresh older themes.2. New perspectives (Scotland - Oct/Nov.2016): to amplify my vision for different perspectives of the world outside of my business background, I decided to come to Scotland and take the Gaia Education Course called Design for Sustainability at the Findhorn ecovillage. 3. Learn from others and exchange experiences (London - Nov/Jan.2017/ Brazil - going on): My aim is to understand how companies and institutions are working together with impact (specially large scale impact), understand new disruptive business models, the role of technology for development and the cross-sector collaboration.
