In contact with the trade marketing management to develop and find the right strategy for each retailers, helping them to increase sell through.Support country sales manager in budgeting and forecasting the revenue, driving the sales reps to develop the business to reach the company goals.Manage products from deal to sell through.My key responsibilities are:•Build Budget and Sales Plans by customer in cooperation with Sales Director.•Build strong relationships with customers.•Communicate and present to buyers products, propose assortment plans in order to maximize customers’ sell-out•Weekly collect and analyze sell-out reports from customers and build action plans accordingly•Regular visits to customers and top stores to ensure merchandising standards in line with the agreed plans.•In cooperation with the Trade Marketing Manager propose and negotiate trade and digital marketing plans.•Manage “Limited Edition” dedicated flows for specific project with costumers.•Discuss with the customer and set up in cooperation with the planning department in Italy, the most suitable supply chain process in order to ensure the highest service level and orders fulfillment rate i.e. collaborative planning, automatic replenishment and dedicated flows.•Collect and manage orders in cooperation with customer services department•Ensure the highest possible customer service and follow through of orders and deliveries.•Assisting the Customer Service and Finance department with invoice, debit and credit note queries•Responsible for negotiating annual contracts for customers, as well as for ensuring regular implementation of contracts (in terms of compliance with contract terms) Analyzing customer requirements and business results SI&SO & maximizing potential business opportunities Show less
