I have a long experience in pharmaceutical industry, as Executive Assistant and Compliance Officer. As Executive Assistant, which is the present role in the company, further to perform the typical administrative tasks like manage calendars, plan and organize meetings and make travel arrangements, I take care of contracts management, budget and cost control, special projects, coordinating matters among different departments,both at headquarter and at local country level. Between 2012 and 2014 I was the Compliance Officer in Zambon Italia and in this role I supported the management in developing and maintaining an adequate compliance system, aligned to the corporate policies and procedures and to Farmindustria requirements. To this aim, I attended a Certiquality course for medicinal products promotion management systems (Farmindustria code and guidelines) and I obtained in 2008 the certification as Internal Auditor for this system. As Compliance Officer I also conducted regular training on procedures and regulations to new hires and headquarter staff. I’m reliable, ethical and accurate in conducting my activities and I take care of priorities. I’m also proactive and try to find solutions to problems. Finally, I like working in team, updating myself and learning constantly, to find in daily work the right passion and motivation.
