In this position, I am responsible for generating business leads in the U.S market. - HIPAA compliant team- HL7/FHIR enforcement- Proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management - Qualify and market solutions to potential customers int the Telecom Industry.- Lead generation and pre-qualification. - Internet-based search of potential customers to generate leads pool.- E-mailing campaigns.- Leads database management in Salesforce- Work alongside with the CEO and VP of Sales to explore opportunities in telecommunication industry, fine tune sales pitch and create a repeatable sales process.- Create content on social media - Monthly reports with mails response rates and statistics

- Customer's database management on Salesforce and Dutch. - Process orders, forms, applications and requests from customers- Organize workflow to meet customer's delivery timeframe- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource- Manage customers' accounts- Product training - Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries- Warranty Policies- Dealing with couriers for international shipping

Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the production in the magazine.-From the creative to the administrative-Organizing shooting and production schedules-Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations during production-Holding regular meetings with director to discuss progress-Ensuring the project is done on time and within the budget.
