Main activities:- Talents monitoring: I've created and maintained a database for Talents & low performer to monitor the HR objectives;- Organization: I managed organizational structure on SAP HR, tracked the internal mobility, emphasizing the job rotation type.- Recruiting: I interviewed Graduates hired for at least six month and new hiring. - Compensation & Benefits: I created and maintained a C&B database to find out how people are allocated than the market average and internal compensationSince 2018 July I have taken on the responsibility for some specific projects: - I-Know: I've implemented the new competencies system for all white collar (about 700 people in EMEA) and blue collar (about 1000 people). I managed and coordinated about 17 Campaings, one for each plant, plus HQ. - Living in Quality 2.0: I implemented a new idea of living Quality to contains travel costs.

In the HR organization central team I've been in charge of:1) Time Management: I've consolidated the current process (new procedure), I've stabilized a detailed monitoring system and error implementing new improvements.2) Customer Care Process: I've submitted a satisfaction Survey. Results have provided interesting ideas to improve costs and quality of people administration processes.3) Process Reengineering: analyzed services processes suggesting an idea of cost reduction. In additional, I analyzed all the administrative processes creating a flow chart for each of them.
