Responsible for managing international shipments from factories to Nespresso's various markets around the world.- Team of 4 employees responsible for providing weekly shipments by sea, air, rail and road, in addition to managing complaints from Nespresso markets, sending samples, transport, storage and support for markets and their customs regulations.- Review of several internal multi-functional processes to remove manual tasks without added value, automation of documents and information, visibility via Power BI of various activities for better data-based decision making, in addition to enabling continuous process improvement.

- Responsible to manage logistics and all the activities related to order preparation, transport organization and invoicing at Nespresso HQ to Nespresso Markets all around the world. - Close coordination with 3PL focusing on a permanent operational process, optimizing processes and ensuring high service level. - Project mannagement. (Review of import flows, documentation, timings and automatization of manual activities)- Responsible for extra costs review, control of stock transfers, standardization of activities in the team. - Revision of exportation flow for complicated markets, optimizing orders since request until receipt, along to factory, demand planners, physical logistics and final destination. - Development of KPI´s to increase visibility of Intermarket physical logistics, as also related areas.

(4 employees)- Ensure stock availability at all Nespresso stores in Brazil, defining safety stock metrics, lead time, freshness, entry phase and exit phase.- Responsible for international trade of all nespresso goods (coffee / machines / acessories / after sales - spare parts).- Responsible for replenishment of Brazilian Nespresso warehouses.- Management of 3PLs (Freight forwarders / Customs agents / Warehouse) with KPI´s development and close follow up in order to guarantee high service level.- Responsible for Leading and Implementing a project to reduce logistics costs.- Development of Inbound and outbound plan with close contact to warehouses.- Lead project to review the loading plan for the stores.- Budget management of boutiques transports and import costs (demurrage / storage).- New boutiques opening (collaborative Projects, end-to-end process);

Etna is a referency company for the sell of furnitures, domestic utilities, bed, bath and lighting.- Responsible for the purchase/importation of several products to the Tellerina group, including furniture, toys, household utensils, jewelry, watches, diamonds, pearl, among others. - Third party management, as freight fowarder, carrier, customs agent and warehouse. - Responsible for the tendering of third service at importation, contract negociations and contract management. - Budget management.- Team leader- Responsible to lead and implement projects for cost reduction on logistics flow, as also continuous improvement for the process of the hole area.

Comexport develops solutions to companies in all sectors, customizing solution for each project, ensuring good logistics integration, financial and tax optimization.- Responsible for customs broker service for different customers. - Analysis of import / export documents, hs code definition, letter of credit analysis, knowledge of customs regulation, tariffs, rates, port definition, dta, dtc and carriers mannagement. - Issuance of import license and import declararion to Brazilian customs. - Responsible for cost mannagement and transportation strategy.

Talgo Industria e Comercio is a factory that produces different raw materials derivating from vegetable oils. - Responsible for importation and exportation of vegetable oils. - Responsible for tender and support on definition of freight forwarder, customs agent and carrier. - Development of KPIs for service level measurement. - Active participation at inbound and outbound plan. - Warehouse optimization and cost reduction plans. - Support for inventory process management. - Reponsible for drawback project and implementation.
