Led a functional team to:Drove innovative and disruptive projects based on Operational and Business Excellence concepts to ensure a full service for Manufacturing in order to operate within the most optimal and efficient way introducing new tech and processes.Consolidated all operational validations for new capital projects including training the staff with the new processes. Validation Leader on the implementation of a robotic cell (~14M MXN) from generating the validaton protocol, operational documentation and training for the end users.Saved ~25,000 USD in waste of materials and resources by generating proposals such as better use of packaging materials and ingredients, pipeline adjustments, improvement of tools, and standardizing manual processes in the Production Area.Generate and monitor Productivity KPIs such as OEE, MUV, validations efficiency. Implementing innovative ideas in collaboration with operational team to improve the indicators based on kanban, SMED, Kaizen, 5's, value stream mapping among other lean manufacturing tools. Promoted an investment of ~1,000,000 MXN between different projects for the improvement of equipment and technology to automate manufacturing processes and increase productivity without compromising the quality and safety of employees, and assuring the best quality standards for the final products. All this, through the application and coordination of CAPEX and OPEX projects in the Production area.

Led the development of logistics and supply chain solutions at manufaturing level to:Maintained the inventories of the products within the established coverage policies.Avoided supply risks to our customers, not leaving aside the productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing capacity. A weekly production schedule was delivered.Sustained ATPS (the most punished indicator) at 0 the last year by developing and implementing an eight-month efficient programming project that integrated daily routines and visualization of the new sequences of coverage through the use of SAP, classification, and prioritization of materials depending on clients demands and internal productivity.Achieved compliance with 99% of the manufacturing volume for the last year in both parts and units by managing scheduling projects assertively and efficiently managing risk situations.Augmented efficiency by 5% and increased 200 pieces per shift in each of the areas by creating a production line that reduces intermediate sanitation stations between manufactures.Responsible of the KPIs of %volume, EA/shift, RCCC, FTEs/month.Achieved the incorporation of ~10 SKUs per year without compromising the regular production schedule.Succesful incorporation of three formulas into a new manufacturing room, through process mapping and analysis of costs and benefits.
