I support the talent acquisition team in finding and hiring qualified candidates for various positions, managing the recruitment process from start to finish.I also create engaging and informative content for different platforms, such as blogs, social media, and newsletters, to showcase Randstad's culture, values, and opportunities. With more than three years of experience in content creation and eight months of experience in retail sales, I have developed a keen sense of customer service and sales generation.
