About Daniela Salerno

30+ years of experience in developing technical projects in air navigation, space and telecommunication. I have played many roles in IT teams maturing a seniority as system analyst. Most of my experiences have been carried out in multi-disciplinary, multi-national and multi-cultural environments facing complex and complicated project implementations as team leader and project manager.In recent years, I have focused my professional interests in development processes and team management and I have been touched by the application of Agile Methodology for supporting IT transformation and driving organizational changes.I got Scrum Master certification and I plan to develop my future career in this direction.
