(25 stores across de country)• Volume generation analysis to execute logistic strategies for load balanced routes for Grupo Walmart (64 stores in 6 states)• Reengineering of the special waste reception area at CEDIS Walmart to reduce download time and to increase sale of cardboard and plastic.• Conduct risk analysis by position and activity in the warehouse, detecting unsafe conditions and run corrective actions including machinery maintenance for security audit.• Assist with inventory control for tools and spare parts using FIFO and 5s, reducing search time and the loss of tools and spare parts.• Run time and motion study and suggest corrective actions to reduce logistics loading and unloading times and increase units loaded per shift.
