I have supported attorneys with scheduling, calendaring, document drafting, and client communication. I have over two years of work experience in customer service and sales, having worked as a customer service representative at Inktel Contact Center Solutions and a commission sales associate at Saks Fifth Avenue. I hold a bachelor's degree and an associate's degree in political science and government from Florida International University and Miami Dade College, respectively. My core competencies include communication, organization, research, and problem-solving.
