Responsible for overseeing and directing the activities within the healthcare facilities. Developingclinical workflow goals and objectives, and coordinating with clinical operations to foster theexchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.● Identifies potential problems and points of inefficiencies and works to find solutions inorder to maximize efficiency and patient services.● Ensuring consistency and adherence to clinical operational policies and procedures.● Integrates emerging trends in existing procedures and workflows to ensure efficiency.● Coordinates internal and external clinical services/activities with necessary departmentstaff.● Participates in the selection and assessment of site venues, space and roomassignments for clinical teams with input from the Chief Operating Officer (COO) andCMO.● Provide or facilitate training to clinical teams on assigned protocols specific topics.● Assist with protocol and clinical guidance as it relates to flow of services. (e.g. patientflow runs efficiently and effectively, etc.)● Enforce policies, procedures and protocol to ensure quality patient care.● Monitor clinical and operational staffing schedules for 35 providers and 18 differentlocations.● Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and proceduresincluding but not limited to those within the Compliance Process, Code of Conduct andHIPAA.● Participates in required orientation and training programs, as required.● Reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance.● Compliance Reporting Process.● Cooperates with monitoring and audit functions and investigations.● Participates, as requested, in process improvement responsibilities.* Data Analyst
