There were 4 main test phases, the initial test was just testing individual transactions (FUT – functional unit test) after that we had cycle test, integration test and acceptance. Each team had a couple of people who were responsible for the data creation in the system. •Utilizing the global template, team identified over 20 End to End that result in approx. 100 scenarios to be tested as part of the SAP Implementation. With each End to End the team developed the material to explain the objective of that E2E and the coverage. •Created the fully integrated test planning timeline, containing the different tests phases within the project life cycle.•Managed APO implementation at NPPC and Canada, ensuring that both businesses were ready for the transition to the new upgraded software. •Received Pillar of Excellence Award, the highest recognition for contributions by a project manager. Training Manager (Nestle/Sao Paulo/Brasil) April 2003 - 2006•Led a team with 8 people (translation, system, logistic and material development), responsible for the End User SAP training and readiness at the new system. •Customized the Training Strategy approach for end user training in Canada, Mexico, and Brasil, and, as a result, 5,000+ end users were trained and were ready to use the new SAP system at our factories, offices, and headquarters.•Developed the Train the Trainer approach to ensure the delivery of the training was covered with enough instructors.•Monitoring attendance and re-scheduling additional training classes when needed. •End User Readiness Report to support Go no Go decision to transition to the new system.
