Implementation of new controls and processes.Coordination of the Global Mobility area, being responsible for moving employees between the nine countries where the company has operations. Monitoring of employment contracts, local admission / termination, analysis and preparation of salary proposals, preparation of a guide for local benefits, monitoring of immigration and tax consultancy.Responsible for the Compensation and Benefits Area. Remuneration management, involving hiring salaries, promotions, merit increases, qualifications, negotiation of promotions and transfers of executives, restructuring of areas, salary analysis at all levels. Benefit management, involving negotiation of adjustments to medical, dental, life insurance, as well as research for new plans and models.Leadership of HR processes such as Performance Management, Recognition Programs, Reporting & Analytics and KPIs. Responsible for implementing Development Programs, internal policies, internal movement processes. Also responsible for Workforce Planning.
