Youth Climate Leaders (YCL) provides solutions for two of the main challenges of the current century: the climate crisis and the structural unemployment. This is achieved through training courses and continuous learning on climate-related topics, as well as access to an extensive network of opportunities to actively engage in the transition towards a fairer and carbon-neutral society.

- Prospect and analyze applicable regulations for clients related to ESG practices;- Train and empower teams on ESG standards and best practices;- Monitor the execution of the ESG project, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals;- Provide technical and legal guidance related to ESG;- Develop and track performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement of the project.

- Engage in judicial and administrative proceedings involving environmental and mining disputes;- Provide legal consultancy;- Strategically analyze cases;- Negotiate with clients and environmental agencies;- Manage workflow to ensure adherence to deadlines, with a focus on quality;- Identify risks involved in cases;- Define and validate requirements according to case deadlines and scope;- Conduct prognostic assessments for each case.

- Analyze the applicable legislation in the scopes of Environment, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Social Responsibility, Food Safety, Quality, and Energy;- Provide technical and legal support to internal organization employees and clients;- Update the legal requirements management system;- Collect data related to internal employee and client requests;- Create and manage performance indicators to guide data-driven decisions aligned with the organization's strategic OKRs;- Conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies;- Indirectly lead and continuously interact with technology and business teams to ensure a focus on product and customer needs;- Participate in strategic meetings and company alignment sessions;- Manage internal team processes using agile methodologies;- Conduct specialized training for the team;- Analyze the requirements of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001, and SA 8000.
