Communicated with the client and internal team to fulfill all food & beverage, set up, layout, audiovisual, floor plans, and outside vendors’ needs. Worked as the liaison between the client and the hotel to ensure customers received high-quality service and an excellent experience while all details were met in a timely manner.Created costume collateral material for events due to the specific theme and ambiance desired by the client.
