I have worked in both roles since commencing at NPS as it provides greater efficiency to the organisation. My responsibilities include:• Leading, contributing to, and providing consult on, the design and development of research reports and needs analyses for internal and external stakeholders, including evidence-based literature reviews to address issues in the quality use of medicines, medical tests, and other health topics• Planning, design and undertaking background reports / evidence reviews / research for key stakeholders and experts, including survey design, conduct of interviews and focus groups, to support evidence based project planning and decision making• Design and conduct of literature searches, collating and analysing quantitative and qualitative data, and drafting reviews and evaluation strategies; identification of determinants of behaviour to support intervention design• Partnering with NPS MedicineWise teams to design, build, deliver and evaluate programs, determine the appropriate strategy and scope of potential health education programs to address practice gaps, potential collective impact and customer needs• Methodology research, development and implementation of processes to ensure information is gathered and reviewed in a dynamic and flexible way to ensure delivery of high-quality information of value to the organisation and its customers• Building strong relationships and collaborative work with relevant advisory groups and other key stakeholders to gain insights and feedback on potential health education programs• Communicating the findings of research assessments and reports to relevant NPS MedicineWise staff, advisory group members and other key stakeholders, including developing publications and conference presentations whenever possible• Management of projects and provision of guidance to project team members to deliver all key project milestones and outcomes
