Performed core industrial engineering activities to increase productivity and reduce or eliminate non-value added working in Vehicle Assembly at Pontiac Assembly Center.Achieved 24% reduction in labor to meet productivity target. Implemented minomi to reduce used conveyor length by 50%. Reduced waste and improved work flow through communication and coaching. Drove establishment and execution of noncyclical standardized work processes and standards.
