Data Management Specialist
I am currently part of the Data Management Team from the Digital Renewals Dept. addressing complex requests that come from Customer Success Managers on key and national accounts (over $500k) but also other branches from the Renewals Dept.Responsibilities:- Receiving internal and external requests regarding complex quoting cases that imply extensive research on the customers’ accounts and verifying eligibility for receiving additional extended services to their existing contracts; - Good knowledge of the procedures and internal policies to provide accurate support and assistance regarding upsell and quoting inquiries;- Using Microsoft Excel daily to capture, record, sort and filter data but most importantly to calculate complex services offered in addition to customer’s accounts;- Attention to details, providing correct calculations, prices and information compliant to the policies;- Working with other internal LOBs to obtain more precise information and therefore having a better understanding of various issues should they arise in the future.
