- Guarantee proper knowledge of directory of stores
- Greet & address customer inquires, provide swift solutions to complaints and give detailed information on products & services
- Supervision of Guest Services’ staff during all shifts to ensure execution and maintenance of professional service standards; thus ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
- Daily operation, inventory control, & troubleshooting of the Oxford Mall Gift Card program;
