I overtook the management of a hotel, to help it overcome the pandemic crisis, with a twofold focus: hotel accommodation and commercial rentals.The hotel was newly built so I had to set the basis for its business processes and development, namely, hired and organised the team, streamlined the accommodation process, invested and bettered the amenities and facilities both inside and outside the property, created the brand identity and set up marketing channels, controlled accountancy and financials, managed transactional relationships with tenants and service providers, supervised legal compliance, increased its sustainability by investing in green energy, developed further strategies with regular reporting to the board.As the startup phase slowly comes to an end, my next focus is on the growth process.

This position gives exposure to, and responsibility for core elements of the Nordgreen marketing channels, while working cross-functionally to help the team deliver a localised marketing strategy. I ensured a qualitative communication with the association's internal and external stakeholders via all of our virtual channels, and worked towards making EBA Moldova promoted, valued and recognised as a brand, both at a local and international level. My job implied promoting my team's efforts in creating a unique business hub, and further promote the EBA ExportASSIST Service, unique on the local market.

In this project, I helped Moldovan berry growers increase their productivity and market access, both nationally and internationally. My efforts were mainly concentrated towards creating a sustainable development for the "Pomușoarele Moldovei" NGO and its members.
