- End-to-end recruiting for leadership and management roles across LATAM's Customer Service Operation, owning Intake Meetings, Sourcing, Pre-screenings, Debrief Sessions, and Offer Creation. - Plan recruiting strategies based on hiring needs. - Direct communication with Hiring Managers to share progress.- Create and lead L&D presentations for recruiting members and interviewers. - Lead and collaborate in process improvement projects; meet recruiting KPIs (time to fill, candidate experience, pipeline effectiveness). - Plan and implement engagement (remote) activities for peers, as a member of the Recruiters’ Fun Team.- Leading hiring projects as: PwD (People with disabilities) and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Programs for Customer Service in LATAM.
