I’ve spent the last 9+ years working in multinational corporations as a trailblazer, successfully leading migrations of functions, and pioneering innovative process improvements to transform global challenges into solutions. My contributions have been recognized 4 times with Employee of the Month awards, as well as selection into the Citi FP&A Mentorship Program and the Finance Transformation Bootcamp Rotational Program. On a personal note, I’m a proud co-founder of a specialty coffee entrepreneurship in Costa Rica and I’m a former soccer player from the Costa Rican Women National Team. I’m passionate about finance, strategy development, sustainability, and circular economy. I believe that finance and strategic planning can lead the transition to a sustainable world which is why I’m currently doing my master’s degree in sustainability and circular bioeconomy and I’m also getting a professional certification as circular economy specialist.
