During 2007 I experienced a Gap year where I traveled overseas, completed various courses and worked. I studied Italian and completed a course in data base book keeping. I have worked as a waitress at restaurants and certain functions. Assisted companies namely RGF Power Projects, Caprice and Environ as a secretary and junior assistant. From the start of my university years in 2008 I worked part time at a promotion company and as a hostess at a restaurant. I had a temporary job in sales at Bathroom Bizarre (Kitchen and bathroom products) and worked part time at a night club called Movida. Daniela joined SiVEST in September 2012 and held the position as an Environmental Consultant in the Johannesburg Office.Daniela has previously worked for RGF Power Projects and has been involved in amending construction drawings. Whilst at SiVEST she has assisted with the compilation and report writing for Basic Assessments (BA’s) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA’s) as well as Environmental Management Plans (EMP’s). She has also worked with GIS providing the necessary requirements for report compilation. She has been involved closely with the public participation process, attended site visits and meeting briefs for new projects as well as written and compiled proposal documents tendering for new potential projects. She has worked for maxx-solar energy mainly assisting with admin procedures and working in the marketing field.She has excelled academically; achieving senior full colours at school and two distinctions in matric. She has learnt various skills over the years through work experience. She is adaptable, innovative, reliable, goal orientated, not afraid to commit to any task at hand and always ready and interested to learn new things. She is proficient in Microsoft Office with basic skills in AutoCAD, Arc GIS, Sketch-up and Adobe Photoshop.
