• Assisted major Italian and foreign banks and financial institutions as project manager in both domestic and international project finance transactions, mainly in the infrastructure and renewable energy sector, from project development phase to financial close. In relation to such transactions: (i) drafted and negotiated facility agreements and security documents (including mortgages, pledges etc.); (ii) prepared and/or reviewed memoranda and legal opinions; (iii) drafted and negotiated project contracts such as EPC contracts, O&M contracts, BoP contracts, PPA, etc.; (iv) gave general advice on legal structures;(v) coordinated colleagues of the team. • Assisted clients (both domestic and international) on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with emphasis on negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, as well as on advising on specific transactions. • General advise, on a continuity basis, in favour of a real estate fund management company (SGR) in connection with the business activity of the funds.
