Main Responsibilities & Achievements* Development and proposal of solutions to the management of the company in order to consolidate the position of the company on the relevant market; * Elaboration of the sales strategy and of the annual sales budget;* Annual negotiation of contracts;* Follow-up the entire sales process for major clients of the company;* Regular meeting with clients in order to assess their satisfaction with regard to the services performed by the Company;* Identifying new business opportunities;* Close collaboration with the company's departments in order to optimize the entire sales process;* Permanent active involvement in professional development of the sales team;* Analysing and monitoring of competitors' activity;* Sales reporting to the General Manager.

Main Responsibilities & Achievements:* Identifying potential clients, meeting with such partners so as to identify their expectations and a possible match between their needs and the services offered by the company;* Making offers and clients' counseling with respect to products and services of the company;* Negotiating of contracts according to terms and conditions as set out in the internal procedures of the company;* Building and maintaining efficient communication channels with other relevant departments of the company involved in the sales process, after sale services ( e.g. monitoring);* Completion of annual and/or quarter plans;* Weekly activity reports.

Main Responsibilities :* Drafting responses to requests of services offer received by the Sales Department;* Negotiation and conclusion of advertisement services contracts, follow-up the contractual partnership up to termination of such contracts ;* Maintaining continuous collaboration relations with clients of the company.

Main Responsibilities :* Take all incoming and outgoing phone calls;* Handle correspondence - receive, register, sort, distribute: fax, memo, invitations;* Permanent administrative support (e.g. business arrangements) and protocol activities.
