My purpose is the alignment of teams, business units and corporate activities with the company's vision, mainly from a cross-divisional perspective. Due to my several roles in industry and non-profit structures, I provide a broad spectrum of best practice approaches for issues of digital transformation, market disruption and high-dynamic growth of companies.
