Oversee the Customer Support Operations, ensuring efficient and effective communications, meet SLA’s and KPI’s, manage Team Leaders to have regular meetings to review support performance. Set and manage quality performance training across all agents and performance manage staff to improve knowledge of agents. Be point of contact for all Line Managers of all departments who interact with the support teams. Produce reportage for the UK Regional and Customer Success Director and Senior Management Team and present monthly figures of the Support Operation at the monthly support review.

Recording of food and beverage costs by adhering to all cost control procedures. Conduct daily stock spot checks within the outlets and update costings. Review purchasing procedures for all items and ensure compliance with documentation / authorization processes. Paying all invoices with the relevant supplier and process food and beverage accruals for the month. Monitor inventories to increase inventory turnover by putting proven successful methods in place. Conduct stock takes, key lines and participate in the month end reporting procedures in relation to food and beverage.

Professional and standards driven food and beverage supervisor responsible for overlooking the overall operation for the restaurant, bar and conference area. Identify guests needs and respond proactively to all their concerns in a timely manner. Overlook the purchase of food and beverage stock within budget and ensure correct stock distribution according to guidelines. Organise training for staff to deliver to the highest standards and to comply with all health and safety regulations. Report to the Director of operations and support with forecasting, liquidity reporting, creating rotas and holiday management. Working towards set targets, KPI’s, schedules and procedures to preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
