I am an IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I have specialized in Software Quality Assurance since 1999. I am self-driven and very detail-oriented. I believe Quality Assurance goes beyond “testing for bugs” and I continually strive to improve the quality of the product that I have been presented with. I have worked in a variety of environments, from large corporate Development/QA teams to small one-person QA Tester. I have experience managing teams, local and remote. I have always believed in a “hands-on” approach even when in a management position. During my career I have had the opportunity to work with many different applications and platforms. My skills also include Technical Documentation, Business Analysis and Usability Analysis. I am a Certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner and I'm acting as Scrum Master and Agile mentor for my team in my current position.My current goals include continuing to build a strong business network and becoming proficient on additional vertical markets.
