- Financial debt negotiations for better terms and conditions for our clients, with Credit Institutions, Loan Management Companies (FUNDS) and Greek State bodies- Responsible for the creation of physical & electronic customer files- Communications with customers for every need that arises (sending financial and personal information, collecting background information of each customer)- Collection of supporting documents, financial and personal information of the client.- Submission of financial and personal documents in the Company's Software System.- Drafting of debt settlement requests tailored to the client's financial needs (employment & family situation) to Credit Institutions, Loan Management Companies (FUNDS) and Greek State bodies.- Drafting of unpaid claims and Swiss franc loans

- Lead point of contact for all queries - Support for all matters regarding office and all incoming queries and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions - Issuance of invoices and delivery notes & sending to clients- Office organization & management - Copy creation for all e-mails- announcements- letters and other reports

- Responsible for receiving and verifying lawyers' insurance books- Public service in Registry department- Internal department work- Lead point of contact for all queries and responsible for the timely and successful delivery of answers & solutions

- Greet customers- Help customers find items in the store- Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers- Provide customers with information about items- Elevate complaints to management- Keep track of inventory- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.- Redeem stamps and coupons.- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
