Aog Negotiator
Current• Ensure the timely supply of material and components required for the maintenance operation, through negotiation and acquisition with manufacturers, authorized distributors and airlines, making arrive in the shortest time possible the required parts.• Develop best practices for negotiation with suppliers and guarantee the effective and efficient implementation of standard processes.• Process purchase orders globally (Asia, Europe and North America) and maintain optimal indicators to avoid expiration of the estimated delivery date.• Provide material for aircraft events in AOG condition, through the purchase, exchange or lease of material required in a time in order to return to service the aircrafts.• Monitor purchase orders, according to the own purchase policies, in order to keep payments and materials up to date with optimal delivery estimates.• Collect and analyze data in order to generate continuous improvements in the supply process integrating the different areas of the company and thus be able to maximize efficiency in time, savings and improvements in the quality of the service offered.• Serve global airlines in their supply process in critical situations providing excellent customer service.
