Customer Advocate responsibilities include striving to give a positive experience, handling delays and improving negative experiences, and being "the voice" of the customer for any and all needs. This entails operating Carvana flatbed hauler and 2-car hauler, recognizing and organizing repair of vehicle issues, and specializing in vehicle registration procedures. Along with standard duties, I lead new Customer Advocate training. This includes ensuring new employees can safely operate Carvana tow trucks, properly complete registration paperwork, and complete the many other daily activities required while fitting in with Carvana culture.

Over my three years at The Rock Cafe, I was able to grow in my ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service while providing great food. This experience grew my passion for touring and gave me hands on experience working with other bands and their tour managers, venue managers, and sound technicians. Rocketown was founded in 1994 by Michael W. Smith. Their goal is "To be the place of peace, purpose and possibilities for youth." Through three convert venues, a skate-park, coffee bar, after school programs, and other special events, Rocketown seeks to provide a safe place for area youth.​As the concert venue booking intern, I worked with the concert venue manager through each stage of show production. My main duties included managing contact with booking agents, planning for events such as the annual battle of the bands, and working shows that come to Rocketown. Along with these activities, I worked with the other departments in order to gain a better understanding of the non-profit business model.
