In September of 2023 I began my new position as Operations Consultant and subsequently picked up a few hats to wear at my family business including leading a delegating training efforts, liability protection, employee satisfaction, marketing, and web design. During my time working in the central kitchen for this local Gainesville coffee chain I developed over 8 new vegan menu options. I was responsible for crafting a menu expansion that utilized the ingredients we had on hand in creative and innovative ways, while introducing some new key ingredients needed in any vegan kitchen. I meticulously developed recipes, maximizing the potential of our existing inventory while ensuring each dish met our standards. Delegation was key as I taught recipes and techniques to kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality. By staying abreast of market trends and customer feedback, I refreshed our offerings to maintain excitement and profitability.
