I lead a team of 7 QCs that control the quality from the development of samples, through the stages of cutting, printing, assembling and packaging. My team is exceptional in anticipating failures and defects and ensures that our clients' quality standards are met. Whenever decisions need to be taken regarding to the quality of the products, I'm the responsible to take that decisions. In 2022, we achieved a Quality Pass Rate of 97% for the luxury brand Burberry.Quality Champion in Burberry Vendor Accreditation Project. The project aims to accredit the entire quality control system and with that our products do not require external inspections. Responsible to implement and maintain quality assurance procedures in five internal facilities. In the last two years I have been responsible for improving the collection of quality data and established KPIs to track quality performance. Today, Quality Department are providing valuable information that is turned into a chase for improvement. We have been helping all departments to do root cause analysis and supporting them to implement process improvement actions, which are significantly reducing the number of defects and NCs.In 2024 I design a new APP to collect quality data in final inspections. I’m collaborating with IT team on the development and implementation of the APP in 20 work stations.Every month we conduct several activities such as the Customer Experience, Internal Quality Circles and Risk Assessment Meetings.Provide training and guidance to production and quality assurance teams.Recruit, train and develop quality team members to support quality activities in internal and external facilities.

I was responsible for managing and supervising product quality inspections.I built a dashboard to analize internal quality data and extract quality reports to management.Verify the conformity of the quality control documentation and ensure correct compliance with the requirements. Created a quality data log in cut units that allows us to know the % of defects and reprocessed cut components.
