Managing over 20 hours per week of team practice and competition, alongside a rigorous academic workload, has sharpened my ability to collaborate effectively and motivate my teammates toward success.As the proud owner of TGD SPORTS, a counseling company based in Lima, Peru, I have developed a robust set of skills in web development, strategic marketing, and social media management. My role involves aligning our initiatives with the company's vision, ensuring a unified direction, and creating impactful marketing campaigns to meet the needs of our clients.My passion for leadership and problem-solving extends beyond my professional pursuits.
