- Research and analysis of Calls by public, National and International, Institutions for International Cooperation Projects. Main donors: EU Institutions (EuropeAid funds IIPA, EU Delegations in foreign countries); Italian Government; Foreign Embassies; United Nations Agencies (UNDP, FAO); Decentralized Cooperation Projects (Italian Regions, Provinces and Municipalities. Especially Reg. Lombardia, Reg. Lazio, Province of Genoa, Milan City Council, City of Rome); Foundations and private grants (Cariplo Foundation, Fondazione Monte di Lombardia, Fondazione Vodafone)- Design, development, management, coordination and reporting of projects. Main fields: local economic development through the creation of micro-entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial activities, eco-sustainable and organic agriculture support (from production to on-site and cross-border marketing); sustainable tourism; environmental resources protection, preservation and enhancement; human rights and gender equity protection and promotion.- Manage project resources, including the budget - Ensure that project outputs are delivered on time - Evaluation and monitoring projects through field missions in: Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, El Salvador, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Bosnia Herzegovina and Serbia.Management of Staff, expatriates and not- Liaising with EC, project coordinators, funding agencies, and other stakeholders on progress of all projects and initiatives, and ensuring that all contract terms are met.- Liaising with auditors and arranging necessary project audits.- Manage communication within the projects: Organisation of events, training workshops in Italy.
