Quality Engineering Manager
Current● People management, leading and developing the team;● Quality Management, ensuring compliance of products and services;● Maintenance of the Quality System, implementing and maintaining compliance with applicable standards and regulations;● Management of the corrective and preventive action process, identifying and solving quality problems;● Customer complaint management, analyzing and solving customer issues;● Elaboration and management of the Quality Plan in order to reduce the cost of non-quality, defining and implementing plans and projects to improve the efficiency of the process;● Development and implementation of process training plans for employees, aiming at improving the training and performance of the team;● Management of Quality KPIs, monitoring and analyzing results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.● Leadership of continuous improvement projects, applying quality tools and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma;● Identification of opportunities for improvement and implementation of effective solutions;● Ensure alignment with the company's business strategies;● Maintenance of constant dialogue with other areas of the company, such as production and engineering;● Pursue operational excellence and organizational success.
