● Identification and application of improvements in production processes, through data analysis and application of continuous improvement tools;● Optimization of production activities and reduction of takt time, seeking operational efficiency and increased productivity;● Validation of new processes and products;● Problem investigation and implementation of Corrective Actions;● Kaizen Leadership;● Application of Lean Manufacturing concepts such as continuous flow, waste reduction, pull production, SMED, aiming at optimizing production processes and reducing costs;● Participation in new product development projects, ensuring the technical viability of production processes and the quality of final products;● Work in collaboration with other areas of the company, such as engineering, production and supplies, in order to guarantee the integration and alignment of activities in favor of the organization's objectives.
