I have over 10 years of customer service experience whether it be in face to face in a retail environment or in a customer service call center setting. Im currently pursuing a degree in business administration and my goal is to obtain a position in which I can utilize my skills and background. In my current position as an account executive a large part of my duties are to generate new sales leads and close sales in addition to generating new revenue on existing accounts. I'm friendly and outgoing but also assertive and I would make a great asset to any company.
