As an administrative support position, my duties include:- DG's personal assistant;- representing MSF's values and style, as the first business contact of the organization, and assuring the best support to all the office;- answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones and sorting and handing out mail, answering visitors' and donors’ enquiries about MSF and its procedures, by giving them the correct information;- setting appointments, filing, records keeping to assure a constant internal communication flow;- organizing national and international meeting;- booking and reservations for all the national staff (hotels and houses, plains, trains, buses, ecc.) in and outside Italy;- managing postal and courier services and assuring the express deliveries and the stationery (orders, suppliers and variety of products);- comparing the suppliers across the market to get the cheapest prices and the best services in order to ensure a constant cost control.
