Head of Demand Planners of 6 Business Units who are responsible for part of the South America's Market: Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and Uruguay. Participation in meetings with the Company's board of directors, president and CFO. Decision making related to the purchase and supply chain management. Negotiations with external customers for new logistics projects and green sales. Attend S & OP meetings, which generate a consensus of a weekly sales plan and a monthly purchase plan. Attend and support Sell Out Management meetings by analysing the market trends and customer's behaviour.

Negotiate with the factories and be responsible for the arrival of our products and all the Supply Chain. Requires negotiation and consensus with commercial area, Product Manager and Headquarters, for an annual Revenue approx. M$ 280 USD, which represents an around a 56% of the total turnover of the company. Responsible for the KPI achievement: Sales Forecast Accuracy, Long Term Inventory, Weeks Of Sales and Days of Inventory On Hand. We were top 10 Subsidiary in compliance with worldwide goals for more than a year. Training and induction to new Demand Planners in Chile and Argentina Subsidiaries.

Responsible for estimating the demand of the Audio and IT market (they represent 13% and 5% of the total turnover respectively of the company) through a consensus between the commercial area, Product Managers and Headquarters (Korea). Collaboration in improvements for Forecast process and reports.

Responsible for estimating the demand for the different Business Units. Lead monthly S & OP meetings. Actively participate in SAP migration project, APO module (Demand Planning) Responsible for reporting market information to the Principal (Belgium) Cooperate and support the Supply Planner in order to have healthy inventory levels and arrival of the SKUs in time for our commercial area. Succeed in maintaining and exceeding forecasting KPI

Responsible for the general affairs and procurement areaDeveloping commercial analysis and sales reports.Responsible for the logistics and operating areas by coordinating scheduling and distribution of hardwares to our customers.
